Who are Alumni?

Alumni of the College of Agriculture and Applied Sciences are all graduates, staff and faculty of the college. If you attended USU and completed one full semester’s worth of coursework with a declared major in CAAS you are also considered alumni.

CAAS Alumni Events

Come be with fellow alumni at our fun CAAS alumni events! These are regular annual events that bring together current students, previous graduates from all programs, and your favorite faculty and staff members of CAAS. We can't wait to see you at any of the events below!

Alumni Scholarship

The CAAS alumni scholarship was started by the alumni council and is supported by several donors. It was created to benefit the children of CAAS alumni by providing financial support for the next generation of students and continuing the CAAS legacy of helping others. All students enrolled in CAAS whose parent or grandparent graduated from the college are eligible to apply.

Cheyenne Aiman

Student Recipient

Cheyenne Aiman is a junior majoring in aviation technology fixed-wing and is on track to graduate spring 2021. Her career goal is to be a captain at Delta Airlines, but would like to spend time as a flight instructor. Before Cheyenne graduates, she wants to get a seaplane rating so she can cruise around to different lakes. In her free time, Cheyenne likes to go hiking, swimming, and of course flying.

“The CAAS Alumni Scholarship is a real honor to receive. Thanks to this scholarship, I will be able to spend more time on academic pursuits. I am thankful for the opportunity to continue my college education. The knowledge, skills, and expertise I have gained at Utah State University will take me to where I want to be.”
