Travel and Hotels

The conference workshop and presentations will be held in the Grand Ballroom of the Taggart Student Center (TSC, Room 201) on the USU Logan campus. A Tuesday evening social will be held off-campus at the Riverwoods Conference Center.

Transport From Airport

The new Salt Lake City International Airport is approximately 80 miles south of Logan. Hotels in Logan do not provide shuttle service due to the distance, so you will need to arrange your own transportation.

We recommend renting a car at the airport or scheduling a shuttle service through Salt Lake Express. Please be sure to read their Q&A page to ensure a smooth ride.

Parking

Please park in the Blue Premium Lot in front of the University Inn (650 N 875 E). It's free and has a capacity of 70 cars on the basis of first come first serve. If you are staying at the University Inn, they will provide your parking validation when checking-in at the reception desk. If it's full, park in the Aggie Parking Terrace (600 N 700 E). After parking in Aggie Terrace, take the elevator to University Level (UL) and walk to the Taggart Student Center (TSC).

Hotel Accommodations

Hotel accommodations are available either on or off campus. Our on-campus hotel is the University Inn at $99 per night for a classic room (2 queen beds) and $104 per night for a deluxe (1 king bed). Our suggested off campus hotels are the Marriot Springhill Suites and Marriott Towneplace Suites which are a 5-minute drive from downtown Logan and within 10-minute drive from campus. The conference discount rate is $109 per night if reserved by 04/15/2022. Higher public room rate applies after 04/15.
