The Online Community Job Board is a free service. SPARC provides certifications that show that a person has the specific knowledge or skill needed to do a job.
Certification through SPARC encourages candidates to learn job-ready skills, even with no relevant experience. This opens new opportunities to candidates willing to put in the time and effort for certifications and providing a pipeline for qualified candidates to employers.
The SPARC Business Consultant can help you determine relevant training certification available for specific positions.
SPARC simply manages the board and cannot provide direct assistance regarding specific job openings. Candidates interested in a position are directed to the employer's designated contact on each job posting.
Any employer can complete a Company Profile and then submit Job Postings for the Community Job Board.
This helps us keep track of the data needed to continue showing a need and support for the Community Job Board.
