Project Description
This Regional and Community Planning project looks at travel behaviors of Millennial aged college students in Manhattan Kansas. With millennials predicted to be an urban dwelling generation there is a need to understand their travel habits so planners can prepare and tailor communities’ public transit for them. The study investigates this through a survey of local residents in Manhattan. Results showed that residents’ actual travel behavior differentiates from their indicated willingness of travel related behavior.
