Becki Lawver, Micheal Pate, and collaborators from, Montana State University and Iowa State University have been exploring what makes multi-year professional development programs in ag machinery safety so impactful. Teachers keep coming back for hands-on modules, effective teaching tools, and curricula they can bring directly into their classrooms. The result?
