ADVS Employee of the Month

Miles Wandersee has worked for Utah State University for 22 years. He is currently a Senior Lab Technician in the Center for Integrated BioSystems with an expertise in laboratory husbandry and experimentation. He is wonderful at mentoring students and is a constant source of knowledge and support to his peers.

Colleagues attest that Miles is always ready and willing to help with a smile. He has a particular ability to identify what needs to be done and make sure that it is taken care of correctly and on time without hesitation. He truly goes the extra mile without ever being asked. Miles is extremely reliable and puts the interests of the animals and lab first, even when it may not be convenient to him. He’s a rock that can be relied on at the CIB.
