Required Safety Trainings:

USU Environmental Health and Safety
- Initial Lab Safety Training is required prior to working in any lab. Lab Safety Refreshers are required yearly.
- Access the initial safety training registration
- Visit the EHS website for more information and resources
USU Administrative Safety and Health Policy
- Everyone is required to read USU Policy 337.1, all Provisions, and the applicable portion of "Responsibility" (337.3)
- Complete this form to acknowledge understanding of the safety guidelines in Policy 337 and agreement to those guidelines and reporting procedures
Utah State University Parking and Transportation Services
- Review USU Policy 514.1, vehicle use policy
- Complete the mandatory driver training
