Biography
I grew up in Pennsylvania and moved to the west to complete my undergraduate degree. I obtained my master's degree later in my career. Before coming to USU, I obtained work experience in the community, foodservice management and wellness settings. I love the outdoors, cooking, reading, and traveling. I have a dog, Lucy. We love to go outside together!
Teaching Interests
I contribute food service management experience/expertise to our program and curriculum. I am interested in sustainability and resource management (decreasing waste).
Research Interests
Sustainability, water conservation, waste management.
