Biography

I hold the position of Professor and serve as the Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Applied Economics at Utah State University, located in Logan, Utah. Additionally, I am honored to be a Senior Fellow at the National Center for Food & Agricultural Policy (NCFAP) in Washington, D.C. My academic focus lies in the realm of Regional Economics, with specialized interests in Agribusiness, Natural Resource, and Environmental Economics. I am currently teaching APEC 5700/6700 Regional and Community Economic Development in the fall, and APEC 5300/6300 Quantitative Analysis for Business and Policy Decisions, in the spring.
