Now - August 23 Sign up to become a mentor
August 30 - September 13 Students view profiles, express goals, and identify top 3 choices
September 18 Introduction email to mentors and mentees. 
October Flash mentorship meeting scheduled according to mentor and mentee's schedules.
October - April Mentors and Mentees create a schedule that works for them. The program is flexible, and students are not required to cover specific topics with their mentor. They will receive a monthly suggestion, including topics such as:
  • Career exploration
  • Resume review
  • Interview practice
  • Gaining experience
  • Networking
  • Searching for a job
  • Interviewing skills
  • Professionalism
  • Effective communication
  • Professional experiences
  • Life experiences
  • Leadership development
  • Diversity and culture
May Program ends, students thank mentors for a successful and valuable experience.
