City Creek Center

The Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints purchased two blocks directly south of its headquarters in order to control uses that would occur adjacent to this tranquil setting. As part of the project, SWA Group was hired as the project landscape architect who in turn commissioned MGB+A to represent as the local landscape architect. MGB+A was responsible for streetscape for blocks, landscape material selection, fish habitat, median improvements and irrigation design. MGB+A also provided all coordination with Salt Lake City relating to streetscape and street median improvements.
