Biography
Alanna arrives in the sunny meadow of landscape architecture after meandering down the winding path of local food. She has worked in organic vegetable production, cheese making, seed saving and tutoring, always striving to foster inclusivity and equity. She is an amateur cook, mycologist, botanist, and lifelong book worm who enjoys and appreciates how outdoor places enrich our lives. She dreams of creating beautiful community spaces that support people’s food sovereignty and combat climate change.
