Share an OpportunityInternship Program
The internship program in the Department of Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning (LAEP) assists student placement in professional firms and agencies. Students intern before their junior and/or senior year allowing them to contribute technical skills learned in the classroom while being introduced to professional practice and the rigors of the workplace. As a result of their internship experience, students return assuming leadership roles, advanced skills, a greater understanding of professional practice, and clarified career goals.
USU LAEP alumni actively support the internship program through providing internships, mentorship and job-shadowing, and connections to the profession. Previous internship locations are nationwide and include firms in India, China and England which can be located on our Alumni and Friends Map.
