Dr. Man-Keun Kim (USU) has published an journal article entitled, “A Potential Sustainable Pathway for Community-Supported Agriculture in Taiwan: The Consumer Perspective in a Farmers’ Market” in Sustainability 12(21) with NCHU faculty, Shang-Ho Yang and his MS student, Punnaros Pisarn, both in the International Master Program of Agriculture (IMPA), NCHU. They investigated a potential Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) in Taiwan and identified that consumers are willing to share the risks of upfront payment with farmers.
