Have a desire to be involved in the dairy industry in the western region

Our network of supporters and universities is focused in the Western United States. We train students to fulfill the employment demand made by our industry supporters.

Complete the prospective student application form

Find a professor from the same university who will accept you as part of their research team

Meet the university admission requirements

For example, at USU this requires a score in the 40th percentile on each of the GRE components, and a GPA of 3.0 or better for the last 60 credits.

Apply and get accepted by a university within our network

Obtaining financial support or self fund

BUILD Dairy can give a stipend. Check with professors for possible programs and scholarships.
