USU Playin Withwhips aka “Lola” is a 2021 mare by Metallic Whip (Metallic Cat x Watch Me Whip, NCHA Non Pro Triple Crown winner, LTE $182,701), and out of Laredo Dry Sis, a great-granddaughter of Peppy San Badger and Doc Bar. Lola has been a part of several classes at USU, most recently being the Equine Behavior and Training course, where she has learned basic gait control at the walk, trot, and lope. She is proficient in backing, side passing, and collection. She has had a rope swung off of her and started to track the roping dummy as well as being exposed to a mechanical cow. Lola is an athletic, good-minded, smart mare. She is quick to learn and aims to please, making her an ideal prospect for any discipline.
